We are introducing the production process and certification about the 840W Grow light LM301H for indoor plants to you.

1)  Production Process

Solder Paste is applied on the PCB using a soldering machine. Then fix the LEDs on the PCB with Surface Mounted Technology (SMT). Then transport it into the oven section. The temp. section makes the LEDs solid. After passing the oven and testing, we start the Silicon coating on the PCB for waterproof protecting. Aging test will be carried out after assembly. Then pack it up and transport it.
