We use Samsung lm301h and Osram 660nm for our LED Indoor Grow light 480W. It is a 180 degree folding design, which is convenient to install. Open, install the driver, and connect plug and play connector to use.

Production Process of LED Indoor Grow light 480W

We own professional machinery and equipment. Solder Paste is applied on the PCB using a soldering machine. Then fix the LEDs on the PCB with Surface Mounted Technology (SMT). Then transport it into the oven section. The temp. section makes the LEDs solid. After passing the oven and testing, we start the Silicon coating on the PCB for waterproof protecting. Aging test will be carried out after assembly. Then we can pack and transport it to our customers.

Generally, if you buy less than 10, we will ship it within 7-10 days. Less than 50, 2-3 weeks. If you buy more than 50 grow lights, we will ship it within 3-4 weeks.

3.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

For samples, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT express. It usually takes 6-8 days to arrive.

For quantity order, we can choose sea shipment door to door. It usually takes around 35days to arrive. EU customers can choose RAILWAY shipment door to door which takes around 35days to receive.

4.Can I customize the packaging?

Yes, we support the customization of packaging, but there will be a MOQ requirement, at least 50 pieces.
