5.  Product Qualification for Full spectrum Grow light 1000W

Show you the strength of our factory. We are a real factory and not a trading company. Please check the following production process.

Solder Paste is applied on the PCB using a soldering machine. Then fix the LEDs on the PCB with Surface Mounted Technology (SMT). Then transport it into the oven section. The temp. section makes the LEDs solid. After passing the oven and testing, we can start the Silicon coating on the PCB for waterproof protecting. Aging test will be carried out after assembly. Then pack it up and transport it.

5.Why are red light and blue light important to plants?

Red lights are very important for plant reproduction. Plant pigment pigments absorb the red and far red parts of the spectrum and regulate seed germination, root development, tuber and bulb formation, dormancy, flowering, and fruit production.Blue light can stimulate the production of chlorophyll more than any other color, which promotes thick leaves, strong stems and vegetative growth.

Red 630~660nm: Most suitable for photosynthesis and photoperiod.

Blue: Chlorophyll and carotenoids need it very much, which is good for photosynthesis.
