5.  Product Qualification for Full Spectrum Grow Light 680w

The following is production process of our light, please check it as a reference.

1)  Production Process

①　Solder paste is applied in the PCB using a soldering machine.

②　The populated PCB transported into the oven section,the last temp.section make the LEDs solid

③　After passing through the oven,the PCB is ready for testing

④　starting silicon coating on the PCB for waterproof

6.Deliver,Shipping And Serving

1) Deliver:

Less than 20 pieces will be shipped within 7 days.

Less than 200 pieces will be shipped within 15 days.

More than 200 pieces will be discussed separately

2) Shipping:

Tips：our standard package is 2pcs/ctn for Luminare and 2pcs for driver boxes, in order to save the shipping price, we recommend the MOQ of samples are 2pcs.

1. Can I have a sample order for led light?

Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

2.Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

3.   Can i print my logo on the fixture?

Yes, our factory supports laser logo or other details on frame or driver box without MOQ.

4.   Can I customize the packaging?

Yes, we support the customization of packaging, but there will be a MOQ requirement, at least 50 pieces.
