Product Qualification for 480W Veg light

We are introducing the production process and certification about the 480W Veg light to you.

1)  Production Process

Solder Paste is applied on the PCB using a soldering machine. Then fix the LEDs on the PCB with Surface Mounted Technology (SMT). Then transport it into the oven section. The temp. section makes the LEDs solid. After passing the oven and testing, we start the Silicon coating on the PCB for waterproof protecting. Aging test will be carried out after assembly. Then pack it up and transport it.

2)  Certification

For quantity order, we can choose sea shipment door to door. It usually takes around 35days to arrive.

For Europe customer, customer can also choose train shipment door to door. It will takes around 35days.

4. How to deal with the damaged products?

Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate is less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the warranty period, the new lights or spare parts will be sent to you to replace the damaged ones together with your new order, or we can discuss together for a good solution according to the actual situation.
