Product Qualification for Green House LED Light replacing 1000W DE HPS

We have professional machinery and equipment. Solder Paste is applied on the PCB using a soldering machine. Then fix the LEDs on the PCB with Surface Mounted Technology (SMT). Then transport it into the oven section. The temp. section makes the LEDs solid. After passing the oven and testing, we start the Silicon coating on the PCB for waterproof protecting. Aging test will be carried out after assembly. Then we can pack and transport it.

We have strict QC process and all the products will be 100% 48-72 hours testing before shipping.

Generally, if you buy less than 10, we will ship it within 7-10 days. Less than 50, 2-3 weeks. If you buy more than 50 grow lights, we will ship it within 3-4 weeks.
